These programs enforce your body to lose its water weight. If you’re undergoing this treatment, you may miss out on some vital nutrients, feel dehydrated. This makes you work against your body natural detox progress resulting in an unhealthy weight loss with various consequences. Doctors have stated these programs and cleanse to be extremely dangerous and useless because you might lose a couple of pounds at first but you will gain it right back.
Other than this, just purchase few equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, weight bench and start exercising. This is the best you can do! Stay safe!
